Come and join the behind the scenes tour of the World’s most famous cricket ground Lord’s ‘The Home of Cricket’. You will have an expert guided tour of The Pavilion including the famous Long Room and dressing rooms; The MCC museum and the famous ‘Ashes Urn’; plus great views of the ground from one of stands and The Investec Media Centre. There will be plenty of opportunities to take pictures around the ground so don’t forget your camera!
What happens on the day
Beginning in The Pavilion where we take in the legendary Long Room, you can imagine yourself standing on a test match day and feel the buzz as players come down from the dressing rooms on their way out to bat.
From here we move to the dressing rooms, containing the honours boards and see where Cricket’s most famous players sit. In the M.C.C. Museum you will see the treasure house of Lord’s, home to the ‘Ashes Urn’ and over 400 years of cricket history.
Moving around the ground you will see its award winning architecture including a look inside the innovative and award winning Investec Media Centre. All tours are taken by an expert Lord’s guide who has extensive knowledge of the ground and is always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Upon purchasing a gift experience from toxicfox.co.uk you will be sent a beautiful presentation pack in the post, this will detail the experience day purchased and how you can book in.
