Your chocolatier will start the class off by providing an insightful view into the history and of chocolate, and explaining the process of getting cocoa bean into chocolate bar.
Taste the cocoa in its natural form and then try a variety of different quality and exotically tasty flavours of chocolate. You and your lucky chosen one can even take part in a giant chocolate button competition for the chance to win a prize for best creation.
Your chocolatier will demonstrate how to make a dark chocolate ganache and you will then have the opportunity to make your own. You should leave with lots of tasty hand made treats, providing you don’t eat them all during your class.
Minimum age: 14 (under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)
Courses run on most Sundays in London and Saturdays and Sundays in Brighton and Manchester. Start times vary depending on the date but typically there are courses running in the morning, afternoon and early evening. We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Please allow up to 2 hours 30 minutes for the whole experience, the actual time spent participating is 1 hour 20 minutes. Timings may vary on the day, depending on the class size. Guests are requested to arrive 10 minutes before their experience is due to begin. Please don't arrive any earlier than this though, as there is little waiting space.
