Twice the Colour, Double the Magic
Isla

When Isla’s mum, Lizzie, reached out to us, she had one simple wish — to create a character that truly reflected her daughter’s beautiful individuality.
Seven-year-old Isla was born with a condition called Heterochromia, meaning her irises are two different colours. One blue, one brown — both absolutely stunning. Since she was old enough to notice, Isla has often asked her family why she looks different from her friends. Her family has always made sure to celebrate those differences, reminding her that what makes her unique is exactly what makes her special.

But finding truly personalised products that capture all those special details hasn’t always been easy — until now.
When Isla’s brand-new ClaireaBella travel bag arrived, her reaction said it all. The very first thing she noticed were the eyes — her eyes — perfectly recreated in her character design. Lizzie told us that moment meant the world: “She was beyond delighted. She couldn’t believe it looked just like her!”

Heterochromia is rare, affecting around 1% or less of the world’s population. Combine that with Isla’s gorgeous ginger curls — found in only 1–2% of people globally — and you have a combination so unique it’s practically one in a million.
We feel so privileged to have created something that celebrates Isla exactly as she is — wonderfully, beautifully, and perfectly unique.
