Isla, a bright and inspiring young girl, wanted her ClaireaBella character to feature her insulin pump — an important part of her daily life and something that helps her manage her Type 1 Diabetes with strength and courage. For Isla and her family, this wasn’t just about design. It was about representation — about seeing herself fully and proudly reflected in her own character.

Our design team immediately got to work, collaborating closely with Isla’s mum to ensure every detail was captured with care, accuracy, and respect. The result? A ClaireaBella character that not only looked like Isla, but felt like her — strong, brave, and beautifully unique.For us, this experience was far more than a custom request. It was a powerful reminder of why inclusivity matters — and how even the smallest design details can make the biggest difference in helping someone feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
